1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 These "Color Route: Logic Path Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the game developer ("we" or "Developer") regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the game "Color Route: Logic Path" ("this Game") and its related services.

6. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 All intellectual property rights contained in this Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, interface layouts, etc.) belong to the Developer. No entity or individual may copy, disseminate, or use any part of the Game in any way without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 This Game service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 We are not liable for any losses caused by force majeure, issues with third-party services, or your improper use.
8. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or acquirer without obtaining your separate consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
